Why DBS Anime Vegeta's Super Saiyan Blue Evolution form is in a separeted key from his ToP, DBS: Broly and DBS: SH keys as if he can't use this transformation at will like DBS Anime Goku's Ultra Instinct forms? It is false

My proposal here is very simple, merge Vegeta's SSBE form key to his ToP, DBS: Broly and DBS: SH keys, since after he unlocked it against Jiren when he fought alongside SSBKK20x Goku, he could pretty much transform in this state at will, such as we saw he doing it once again against Jiren even after he utilized the Final Explosion against God of Destruction Candidate Toppo and being forced to revert back to his Base Form while wounded.

Assume Vegueta had the ssj blue EVO in the movies where she never used it?
If so I agree, if it was not seen more it seems that it is due to a narrative device since the idea was to continue with the fusion.
