Somewhat related to the thread, but there's a speed upgrade that should come out of Season 2, Episode 4. Nuolzot mentions that Thraxa is "a couple galaxies away, give or take." We're not given a timeframe or the specific galaxy unlike the comics, but the max timeframe from when Mark last saw his father on Earth to seeing him on Thraxa is a little over 4 months. That means Nolan traveled across multiple galaxies in just a few months. It'd be a pretty easy calc to do given it's just covering the lightyears traveled and the timeframe.
