I actually thought in that in a moment, to be specific I thought in a match with Vash, Billy, Nagumo Hajime and others gunners, but in the end I didn't do anything.

Anyways, regardin the figth, the only possible win con for Billy is that he shot to the eyes and kill, I don't know about Vash so don't know if in this key he have Angel Wings, if he have then shots to the eyes would probably be blocked (is possible that them still can impact before be blocked because of Thunderer), if he don't have Angel Wings then the chances of Billy increase.

In short, Billy have it hard to win, is possible, but hard.

I know they are automatic, the profile say instinctive reaction with Angel Wings for something. Since he have them in all his keys then Billy have it pretty hard to hit him, is possible because his entire kit is centered in hit before the opponent can react, but I'm not sure if would be enough.

Edit: Wait, I suddenly noted two things, first, Vash don't have any speed amp? Because if that's the case then I can't see Angel Wings blocking his shots to the eyes even if they react automatically.

Second, win via incapacitation mean that Billy can kill Vash or not? Because if he can't then he don't have any win con.
