207 * / 2 = ~ 325 px
168/(306/325) = 178 cm (arc of arm)
9mm bullet moves 105 px
168/(306/105) = ~58 cm
(58 * 10^-2 m)/(390 m/s) * 1000 ms/s = 1.5 ms
(178 * 10^-2 m) / (1.5 * 10^-3 s) = 1187 m/s
