Official Calculations Discussion Thread

With one punch, the character makes a tree fall from its roots. Which formula should I use to calculate this feat?

A character throws another character, causing a man-sized dent in the back of a truck. Which formula should I use to calculate this? And is there an example calculation like this?

How would I calculate these two feats?

Feat 1: Zumbolar breaks through a mountain in New Zealand

Feat 2: Ultraman intercepts a bullet to save his friend

Full context for both feats.

How would I calculate this?

They seem to have fell pretty far given the timeframe and speed, plus this fall also greatly damaged the elevator.

For a calculation involving this feat, would compressive strength of soil be more appropriate for him to rip out the root from the ground?

Looking through some old calculations for a series I'm trying to overhaul, what's the number of approvals a calculation need to be accepted?

Also, is there any way to have an old calculation that was seemingly never looked at approved?

hi yeah its me

The editor in wikia is actually unusable for me so if someone wants to repost this calc in a blog and make it official go for it, but I wanted to calc something

series is Scissor Seven

bullets were from a 9mm, are 30 mm long

okay using the bullet size was wack since I think the animation is stretching them for a motion effect

Prince of Stan is 168 cm tall

306 px = 168 cm

arm moves half a circle w/207 px diameter

207 * 🥧 / 2 = ~ 325 px

168/(306/325) = 178 cm (arc of arm)

9mm bullet moves 105 px

168/(306/105) = ~58 cm

(58 * 10^-2 m)/(390 m/s) * 1000 ms/s = 1.5 ms

(178 * 10^-2 m) / (1.5 * 10^-3 s) = 1187 m/s

How can we tell if Daphne's words are reliable here, even if we can take her word what's to say Hiro isn't slowing time down to 1 attosecond per second
an attosecond per second is, notably, not infinitely fast. it's really fast, but still a finite speed.
she seems more confident that she isn't infinitely fast - it wouldn't make sense for her to be infinitely fast and then say "you don't stop it completely because i can talk", implying she would be frozen otherwise

I referenced an attosecond specifically because that would instantly make her Massively FTL+ if time were slowed down by that much
this changes nothing about what i said.
it could be an attosecond or perhaps an even shorter time interval, but if time passes at all it's not infinite speed.

Done.

I’m trying to determine the KE of a character, but how can I calculate said character’s weight if they have the physiology of this:

Basically a 2-D image

How would someone calc this/what would you get out of this (AP, LS, etc...)?:
Shortly before the fiery explosion appeared, the ground below Shang exploded.

The ground for over thirty meters in radius had been lowered by several meters. It was almost like a giant had stepped on this place!

How can I calculate a character freezing an entire building that was burning at temperatures of 5500°C to stop the fire?
