Now Ainz Ooal Gown fights a pokemon

Ainz Ooal Gown vs Malalar. Both are 6-C, Speed Equalized, SBA for the rest. Fight!

Okay so I don't see how Malamar can win.

Acid of Malamar is automatically out the window due to the Undead's natural resistance (Actually immunity, but that's a NLF).

Ainz' actual attack power is fairly weak by PvP standards so attack reflection is useless.

Willpower Manipulation is also useless here as the undead again, as a basic racial trait, are highly resistant (Immune in the series) to any form of Mind Manipulations short of a World Item.

Inverting the status effects of a target is good, but without prep I highly doubt Ainz will be stacking amps without prep-time like he did Shaltear.

So the only last major thing going for Malamar is binding it's fate to Ainz. However, this would mean that Malamar falls and Ainz simply revives.

So all in all, I highly give it to Ainz. Pretty sure he just grasp hearts' and Malmar dies.

Right, I forgot Ainz could revive himself. This isn't a stomp because of that, is it? Also, what about Simple Beam basically eraseing Ainz's passive abilities?

I mean, it doesn't change much? Ainz still starts out with Grasp Heart which is a 1-hit kill for Malamar.

And it honestly depends on if you think Malamar's Simple Beam is a low-tier spell because those have absolutely no effect on Ainz.

Well, judging by how GameFreak limits moves I'd say it'd be mid-tierish. Maybe lower end. 15 PP, perfect accuracy, reletively rare, no recoil. "High-tier" moves would probably be things like Fire Blast, Destiny Bond, High Jump Kick and Hyper Beam. High power, low PP, low accuracy, some kinda recoil.

Unless, for some reason malamar's beam is stupidly weaker and can't affect people equivalent to her tier, Ainz' magic null has no meaning.

It's probably a stomp. Ainz will probably Grasp Heart right off, which normaly would mean an Incon because of Destiny Bond, but then Ainz just revives, while Malamar has no equivilant.
