Novel pennywise (canon) vs scp 3812

First of all, there is dimensional equalization, that is, neither of them can crush the other dimensionally, which is also the case with the SBA rules.

I know as you mean. Scp 3812 is a crazy character who is constantly exceeding, as you said, but please specify who will buy it if it has this feature and who will buy it if it doesn't, and don't forget pennywisenin's incredible abilities (td 3 etc.).

Eğlenceli ve oyunlar olmalı tbh. Ama evet, 3812, kendi seviyesinden (Yüksek 1-A EE) daha yüksek olan düşünce tabanlı EE'ye sahiptir.

As I know remember Pennywise have transdualite type 3 and acausality type 5

Vote for SCP 3812. His Plot manipulation is scalable to all SCP cosmology, and Pennywise doesn't seem to have the ability to stop it.
