Well, a blackhole probable world be able to incapacitante Penny, sinse even trough he has Acasuality 4, he Stiller need to interact with the earth, so he wold still be trapped in the blackhole

Would Penny possessing the cake do anything? He should be able to possess inanimate objects, considering he possessed a picture book.

They don't really, Peniwise really can't deafeat the cakes sinse they will always come back, and don't have a mind to penny use madness manipulation, and reality warping our imersion to deal with It
and the cakes can't even crush penny thanks to his regen or blackhole him thanks to his acasuality
the best we can say is that eventually the cakes will BFR them selfs out of the arena whem the blackhole is so big they start to fall on It outside the space the earth once was
