Does The World Ultimate get willpower manipulation resistance as well off of strangling GER? Not that it really matters but just adding something to it.

I thought The World Ultimate counters GER by being acausal.

I know, but still, shouldn't this give The World Ultimate resistance against willpower manipulation since it resets the opponent's will to fight to zero? Also the acausality just gives it resistance to being death looped and negated.

No the acasual gives it resistance to causility manipulation in general, it ignores all of GER's powers, not just death loops.
