True. Luckily Sabo has Damage Boosting and flames (which aren't physical blows so it seems to be exempt from what you said).

Lucci is faster than Law, as he at least reacted to a punch from G5 (which scales well above Thunder Bagua), while Law got blitzed by Thunder Bagua.

Sabo only scales to Issho who scales to Jack.

I'm pretty sure scaling above Law in speed beats scaling to someone who scales to Jack.

Sabo's only advantages are heat and range. And even then Lucci's superior speed (especially with Kami-Sori) limits the value of these advantages.

It needs to have clear statements or feats like in the case of Luffy and Sanji. I don't remember Sabo using his flames to burn inside opponents.

Lucci is a highly experienced combatant, and a highly intelligent one at that.

True. Luckily Sabo has Damage Boosting and flames (which aren't physical blows so it seems to be exempt from what you said).

Lucci's Awakened Zoan regeneration and stamina have helped him recover from things like Sabo's damage boost before.
Voting Lucci for these and Esseso's reasons.
