Noise versus Medaka

If by "like absorption" you mean it requires tentacles to drag Medaka in, then all of Noise's wincons are pretty bad. He can't win without bringing Medaka close to him, where she'd one-shot the tentacles and Noise.

Voting Medaka. She'd tank the petrify, all fiction out of it, be able to one-shot Noise, and none of Noise's other wincons are viable.

Sealing drags you towards a portal, which is a few metres away from him.

Auto-Pilot to react and counterattack the tentacles?

Weighted Words for gravity manip on the tentacles?

Ice Fire to attack the tentacles?

Raff-Rafflesia to corrode the tentacles?

Or her style to automatically counterattack, and to repel touch?

She could also, alternatively, just flex/punch hard enough to destroy them.

Autopilot aKa Instinctive reaction is enough to deal with those tentacles attacks, no mention to the dozen of abilities.

Medaka win. All fiction - too much hax for Noise. Encounter to reflect any attack Noise does. Reading minds to well read his mind. Auto-pilot to react and as the speed is equal she can perceive anything. And what stops her most hax hax ability, The End to replicate anything and go beyond it? And as it's the strongest form for Medaka she just needs to hear or imagine the ability and poof she has it. I don't see any way for Noise to win.
