Aight fair, also could mention Retsu could blind Noelle by using his breath attack thingy no? Like the instant her shield goes off and she prepares to put it back up couldn't he use it then?

Idk besides Skill Retsu really doesn’t have anything else, and it becomes more fair if you bring other characters from the verse

I don't think it's needed, I mean, Retsu can break the shield and have the skill advantage, the most dangerous thing for him it's the explosion, but that don't mean he can't win, stomp would be if he can't do anything.

At best he'd be near-dead when the explosion hits him though. He can't possibly see it coming, and he'll be well within its range when it goes off seeing as it's triggered by the shield being destroyed, which he'll have to do with melee. He'd then have to snap himself out of the resulting daze, because he will be dazed from the sheer damage.
So yeah, it's definitely possible. It's just not very likely, considering just how powerful the explosion is, and how much damage Noelle can tank before going down, where she could just as easily put the shield back up in the meantime. At that point, Retsu's done, since he definitely can't take another Geo explosion.
