Rosaria scales above 4 tons iirc Sub is like 10. Rosaria does resist ice manip there, as in can casually swim in waters that kill people from hypothermia within minutes. Though Sub defo has the skill and experience edge here from what I'm seeing.

EDIT: Don't suppose Rosaria would be at least stuck in ice though if Sub hit her with a projectile though? Even if you can resist extreme colds you still gotta deal with being trapped from what I'm thinking.

IIRC that 10 ton feat doesn't scale to him because God Liu did that and he's the top dog of the verse. He's like ~6.6 tons rounded off which is still more than enough to beat her. Though it seems that Sub's ice is more powerful than her resistance feat seeing how he can freeze targets into brittle ice in seconds, think I'll just vote Sub-Zero for his at most 50+ years of experience that includes experience with other fighters with similar fighting styles to her (not to mention he himself wields a similar weapon in the form of his ice spear) and better ice powers honed from training, plus his ability to freeze parry is super decisive.
