Pitou is a skilled fighter but she lacks in range. Noel is a skilled marksman and that will definitely help with Pitou's agility in battle. It is very in character for Noel to abuse range.

Her Nen would likely cause Noel to feel Fear making him stressed out and less focused on the fight but that is only when she gets close range. That 1km range is going to be her downfall.

Going with Noel.

Btw, ranged attacks are in Pitou's disadvantage, and she is rather close ranged. Her nen can help to deal surprise attacks but overall, I vote for Noel.
 
If we can assume frightful Noel could impair her combat ability enough, I'd have to give it to Pitou. Staying mobile while getting a feel for her with one of her En tendrils which can enlogate to 2 kms easily shouldn't be impossible, and if Noel feels Pitou's nen I doubt she's not gonna be shaken up.
 
Is there any sort of specific velocity to Noel's projectiles? Because otherwise, I don't see why Pitou couldn't react accordingly and dodge. Of course she can't do it forever, but if her En can reach her and make Noel freak out, things turn much easier. Even her very profile points out she can be very emotionally fragile and clumsy, and after learning about humans, Pitou is not gonna dismiss trying to take advantage of that. Reminder she could see Kite, Gon and Killua through vision alone more than half a kilometer away accurately, and her instinct is damned sharp and rarely wrong.
 
To further expand on Pitou's intuition, before the Palace siege by Netero and Zeno who were above the cloud line, without any explicable reason that even Pitou herself didn't understand, her vision turned upwards as both approached just in time to see the attack coming, and recognizing that Netero was the more dangerous of the two despite him exerting no Nen at that moment.

As for the effects of her aura, without projecting any bloodlust and simply having her aura around her, Pitou made two hunters utterly terrorized, while simply using Ren which is like projecting more Aura to augment your physical ability, she frightened Kite, Gon and Killua. This is one of the more powerful Hunters in the series with years of experience as a Hunter, the foul hardy Gon that gets exicted about fighting people like Hisoka, a crazy murderer, and the talented son of the most prominent and powerful family of assassins in the world, and an older brother no less worse than Hisoka, all feeling real fear... and Pitou is still in a calm stat of mind.

By the way, how would Bolverk's power react with Aura/Nen?

You act like Pitou is going to be 100% perfect with every single possible dodge.
 
You also act like Noel is gonna have perfect accuracy when she's known for clumsyness.

And if the starting distance is such a deciding factor that Pitou has no conceivable way of getting closer, can she even win? It's hard to argue anything when it sounds like all her options aren't gonna work.

To which has literally never once effected her in combat, and is literally only played off as comedy relief.

She CAN get close to Noel and beat her that way, it's just more likely Noel blasts her from said dostance away
 
Then why is it pointed out in her 'weakness' section? If it's not something that can be exploited, why even point it out?

I remember her getting beat more than not when she did fight in story, which she didn't a lot. Again, what's stopping Pitou from using her En which can reach far enough from freezing her up when it has terrified people more mentally resilent than Noel? Not to mention Pitou jumping half a kilometer in a fraction of a moment, if she wanted to capitalize on her freaking out.
 
I fail to see how 'pizza' compares to 'clumsy and emotionaly fragile', specially when the second can be exploited in combat.

She can shorten the distance considerably in one leap if she manages to stop her for even one moment. This is without using her legs to the max and without Terspichora to further enhance her. And gaining ground on her will either steel Noel's resolve... or make her freak out more.
 
Jumping half a kilometer in a second isn't even an impressive speed feat to begin with for one, and two, speed is Equalized
 
Actually use the context of my words. That speed was Pitou not really trying, so shortening merely 1 km if she can break her concentration for a moment shouldn't be hard. If Speed Equalization renders it moot, Terpischore augmenting all her bodily abilities and reaction, plus her automatic reflexes, plus her very sharp intuition, plus her En being activated at all times to instill fear in Noel, worsening her performance and letting Pitou sense all around her to better dodge, I'd put my vote on Pitou because of all this.
 
I'll retract my vote. Now that I think about it, En and Ken can make her survive the dual guns. Ren can also scare her a bit if she is able to reach her, and cut a limb or straight up head.
 
Against a dual gun with soul hax, yes. Pitou is normally shown as a vey graceful and agile figure, with quick reflex and a very sharp intuition, ways to heighten those even more, and her Nen letting her sense even better and affect Noel. Not to mention Noel IS very good with guns, but she isn't treated in BlazBlue story mode like an infallible shot. Rather, she gets kicked around a good bit in the first game.

Kite as an expert Hunter and Killua as a Zoldyck family member have seen FREAKY stuff, yet they were terrified of Pitou's casual, non-blood lusted aura. I find it hard to believe she couldn't shake Noel up and worsen her aim.
 
Again,if Pitou can shake Noel,Noel must be chaughted by its Nen,and Noel is not that stupid,and they are start in 1 km range which make Noel have more advantage.

Correct me if i'm wrong here.
