Niko vs Irina

How skilled is Irina? Because Niko was a teenage soldier in the Yugoslav Wars that has survived multiple ambushes, and in Liberty City, he wiped out 6 extremely dangerous gangs all by himself. He has also fought off multiple hordes of NOOSE (which is basically the GTA version of the SWAT) and FIB agents without breaking a sweat several times throughout the story

Niko's dura is most probably on par with the GTA 5 protags, who are 8.9 megajoules via virtue of tanking semis crashing them into walls in excess of 50 mph. Not only that, they can consistently react to RPG fire, which can hit Mach 0.9.
That being said, I'd go with Niko on this one. He's older than Irina and thus has had more experience in combat in the long run.

Niko should be on par. He's much more durable than anyone in GTA 5
Anyway, Niko via combat experience/skills and being more smarter. I seriously doubt Irina can even seduce Niko to begin with considering the shit he's been through
