You're doubting just how skilled Arthur is with his Dead Eye, nobody save for John could even move as fast as anyone else in Arthur's perception, and Arthur's precision with firearms is nothing to scoff at.

I'm not doubting Arthur's skill and more emphasising just how strong Niko is. Micah, who was struggling against a tuberculosis-ridden, near death and musty ass Arthur in a fist fight, can somehow briefly survive 6 shots, sometimes all to the face, from John in Deadeye and still keep hold of his revolvers. If it's just Arthur shooting his hand or another part of Nikos body that isn't his face he can definitely tank it.

i'm feel like people are forgetting that Niko can canonically tank headshoots and even explosives, so whats stopping him tanking arthur shoots and then blowing his ass with a RPG?

He can only tank a few like all humans. Deadeye gives Arthur the chance to all land multiple. so he could tag Nikos noggin a bunch before he could land a hit from an RPG

Not really, you can shoot at Nico and Packie in the ladies half-price mission in the ballad of Gay Tony DLC, Niko can take a bunch of rounds in the face before he goes down and can even tank explosive bullets from Louis that can dent Tanks.

He's still got a limit. From someone that slows his perception of time, and has rounds that can explode human heads, as well as poison based weapons which Niko doesn't resist like poison throwing knives, Arthur would more than likely be able to put him down
