Why not start a Blog Rules page? And maybe put it in the Conclusion section of the Calculation Guide?

Slighty modified version of the text in the OP:

"When making a blog for a calculation, respect thread, or cosmology explaining for an specific verse, please add the verse category once your blog has been accepted by the staff for more easy search".

"If you find a blog for a specific verse without its category, you have the right of kindly asking the owner to add it's respective verse category. But if the owner is unable to respond then you can ask an staff member".

I can put this under the second last rule of Editing Rules page. Does anyone want to add a change before that?

Better to have it on the Editing Page as not all will understand that only serious blogs should have it. Some may think all blogs will need to have one if they are new.
