I have made this thread for the novel before but it was quite bad so i am redoing it.
The scans in sandbox for the tier is only upto Low2-C since i first plan of having the base character accepted in the wiki.

But the actual character is quite high in the scaling as in some of the Extra Portion of the chapter has the Pov of Future Victor that were shown in the novel. I am not personally sure where this actually goes to but with the recent revisions for BDE type 2 stuff. This could be Low 1-A or 1-A so i am kaing a CRT for both Low 2-C sandbox for the Character and Future of the Present Victor that was shown in extra.
First Some Terms for the Novel which would help the case of Future Victor is Low 1-A or 1-A:
Akashic Records: Its a database which stores all the records of the given cosmology [ All from past-present-futures] and [ everything in creation]. [ It stores all the records of all the infinite possibilities].
Future Victor Breaking the 4th wall for his own story: [ The Victor who has already lived the present, whose story we as readers are following through has already exceeded his cosmology and is outside of the records and hence all of creation and is protecting his own records].
Unique being: [ When one becomes a unique entity, there past gets erased from all the records and become singular existence, <Chaos> in the scan is the present Victor] and also the future Victor as both are from the same 'main timeline' which we as readers are following through.
Existing as Present Victor: [https://imgur.com/vcVPKL3 Future Victor simply exist in the present just because he wants to protect his past with his wives] this shows even if his status as a unique being which should have erased him from all the records doesn't mean anything to him as he exist just because he feels like.
Killing a Personification and Embodiment of a concept: [https://imgur.com/gjZk0f7 Future Victor killed destiny who represented both Destiny and TIme of the Universe and the affected were being shown to us in the present time of the story but due to Future Victor's status, nothing was wrong with the creation or main timeline.]
Higher Dimension Existence & Multiversal Being: Future Victor has already achieved this since he is outside of the records hence also being outside of creation so that would [https://imgur.com/HjYE3pc make him being of Higher Dimension]. This would give him Higher dimension ability for future self and he should have achieved it at some point in his journey.
Corrupted Chaos and Primordial Beings Comparison: [https://imgur.com/O1h0Ku8 Victor is Eldritch Chaos and due to the nature of chaos, he is unkillable and his existence distorts all rules created by Primordial Beings. Primordial Beings are administrators of an entire Creation. When one thinks of an 'almighty god' in this novel, they are thinking of Primordial Chaos who is truly Omnipotent, Omnipresent and Omniscient in his domain.] Chaos is also the merge of [https://imgur.com/i95D3ni contradicting duality. while on its own is not part of the creation but it is the beginning and end of it.]
Positivity and Negativity Regulators: They are the split of Primordial Chaos who exist in a semi-conscious state. [https://imgur.com/n3rv4ND They can make decision which would affect the entire cosmos and are in the current highest importance in the cosmology]

Since its a space outside of time itself, there isn't a proper timeline for the events. Future Victor as an Eldritch Chaos and a multiversal being sits on top of his cosmology and is [https://imgur.com/Kxm7JPV beyond space and time]. He has also [https://imgur.com/DZVBYw7 destroyed a foreign universe by locating the Intruder's origin from akashic and completely destroyed that universe.]
Void that separates Cosmologies from each other: It was shown that [https://imgur.com/RnjUNfO a being traveled the Void] to get inside his cosmology so this structure separates Nothingness of Victor's cosmology to others. This structure should be much much bigger then Nothingness. Victor has killed these outsiders who travel the void [https://imgur.com/axoPjU0 and the number is already in the billions] making this structure 1-A+ or High 1-A. (not sure but it is higher then baseline 1-A nothingness)
As Victor is the strongest being in his cosmology and also treats his records as some sort of story. This along side him breaking the 4th wall for his own past and affecting the past. He as the Multiversal Being treats his records as Fiction. R>F and he transcended his cosmology.
