Killua's speed is Hypersonic+ or even higher (https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Killua_Zoldyck). When Pitou wanted to attack Netero she activated Terpsichora, but she wasn't fast enough to attack. When Pitou activated Terpsichora, Netero had enough time to laugh, then he said that she made a bad move, then he prayed and then to attack before Pitou can even start her attack.
