Both combatants are only at 7-A tier, which means they are in Base Form, more or less.

Who would win and why?

Oh and Nel doesn't have a time limit on how long she stays in Adult Form.

in their Base forms, Nell beats up Yammy in every category

she was owning Nnoitora,who should be far superior to base Yammy

also Base Yammy loves to shoot Cero, and that will backfire on him really badly, really fast

Not sure if this is a easy win for Nel because Yammy's endurance rivals that of Kenpachi and he can soak up damage and punishment.

Doesn't Yammy have the advantage in Regenerationn? If so, this isn't as one-sided as some would like to think.

base yammy is shit, ichigo before getting the mask was able to cut his hand off and ichigo was having a really hard time vs noitora and nell basically spanked noitora cassually.

Dont think we have ever saw him regen.

nel have a high chance to one shot depending of where she aim her slashes

but if she allow yammy to go into resurection then she will have troubles i think .

voting nel for now because she have more chances to one shot as even getting his arm cut off by ichigo didn't force yammy to enter ress instantly .

He didn't regenerate nor did so well with Ichigo cuting his arm off.

Arguably, Yammy is physically stronger in raw strength, but Nel is no joke when it comes to fighting.
