Unless Zeref shows any speed feat in his base form that is above Hypersonic+ i guess we will never get to know if he is faster than Hypersonic + in this form as it is one time use spell.

Well no one knows if this is for sure stronger than Dragon Force since this is one time and he only had the remains of Igneel's power not his full or even the portion Igneel had when he fought Acnologia so unless he shows Dragon Force and it's even more powerful than he stays at Hypersonic+
