I know it's already over but I'd vote for Natsu due to the heat of his flames being enough to overwhelm. It's similar to Goku's fight with Nuova Shenron, who could generate flames hotter than the sun, and Goku was forced to keep at a distance due to Nuova Shenron's flames and fight a ranged battle. Natsu's flames are much, much hotter than Nuova Shenron's flames, which would force Goku to constantly be on the defensive and make him slip enough for Natsu to catch him off-guard and win.
