Does Naruto get any increased stats from using the chakra avatar of Kurama in any of the forms that allow it, or does it just amount to using 100% of his power within those forms?

I think he's stronger when he manifests Kurama and stays inside him. I can't remember but that was probably why he had limited time to stay in him during the war.

IIRC the AP aplied refer to their strongest attacks, so yes, Naruto amounts to 100% while using his Bijuu mode
