The way I see it, Sasuke either gets Bodied by Naruto using Taijutsu/Frog Kumite or he outlasts Sasuke.
With a mastered Rinnegan, All Sasuke really can do to corner Naruto is prevent him from using Big Jutsu with Preta-Path.
Everything else is countered.

Sasuke uses the Rinnegan a lot in-character, actually.
He was constantly using his left eye's teleporting power multiple times in less than a minute against Momoshiki, as well as using Chibaku Tensei and Shinra Tensei (IIRC) on him.
While Naruto has faced the Rinnegan before, Sasuke's mastery of it gives him an edge, especially with his ability to switch places--he could force Naruto to get hit by his own attack, for instance, rather than just absorb it. As well, the trick Naruto used against the Preta Path Pain with Sage Mode won't work on Sasuke, who is capable of wielding sage chakra.
Sasuke's greater versatility gives him a clear advantage here. This isn't like the fight at the end of Shippuden, where Sasuke couldn't use his Rinnegan powers in succession; Kurama even noted that was a result of his Rinnegan being so new. He's had like 16 years to acclimate and study it, to the point he learned how to open Kaguya's dimensions.

Teleport him? You know Naruto is already aware of the fact that he can teleport and can easily absorb the Rasenshuriken back? Or for that matter use it as a substitution for clones? Not to mention, Naruto's experience of facing the Rinnegan in multiple battles outweighs Sasuke's experience of major battles with it. Whatever Sasuke can bring, Naruto can counter. He doesn't have a cheapshot like the Bijü to amp himself, so Naruto can easily one shot with Planetary Rasenshuriken

For starters, Susano'o could probably survive the Rasenshuriken, or at least be durable enough to protect it from one-shotting Sasuke.

Teleport gives him versatility in a cqc fight and frog kumite isn't that great. IIRC the one being bodied in taijutsu in the final fight was naruto. One way to win is to outlast him, hard taking in account that Naruto is going to be the one giving chakra the whole fight.
Now I ask how can Naruto counter a fully mastered Rinnegan sasuke when a weaker user (nagato) stomped him? This is the same as naruto vs edo nagato but on a higher scale.
BTW Sasuke slaps Naruto and takes Hinata, and yes, this last line is bc i don't like naruto.

Still, Naruto knows that Sasuke can absorb his energetic attacks. Naruto could create distractions and other things, to hurt Sasuke and unlike Naruto, Sasuke does not have half his stamina and Naruto's superficial wounds can be regenerated, which is more of a disadvantage for Sasuke.
Naruto knows how to fight Amaterasu and Genjutsus (if it works). CT showed that it can be avoided by a similar power (seen against Momoshiki). Ningendo would not work on Naruto, he's physically much stronger than Sasuke. There is still the fact that Naruto probably still manages to produce and use the TSB, thanks to still being connected to the Bijuus, so that they can undo most of Sasuke's long-range attacks, as he did in Shippuden...

He only lost his tomoe/abilities because he was using his eye's power to cross dimensions extensively, which was a massive drain on his chakra. In every instance, with raw chakra alone, Sasuke has shown to be able to keep up with Naruto in his bijuu modes without faltering.
Also, Naruto has never been shown using the TSB since using up the last one during the fight with Kaguya, and even so, Sasuke is immune to their effects.

As for keeping up with Naruto, might I remind you that Naruto had been fighting a lot longer than Sasuke, so him keeping up with a Naruto already low on stamina doesn't count. By the time their battle concludes, Naruto had been fighting for days continuously and doing most of the fighting, expending clones left and right etc. which means his chakra reserves were getting lower and lower (Kurama mentioned this too) and Sasuke STILL needed to amp his power (with Kurama too no less) to win

Sasuke can not use his teleport with the Kaguya also proving that it is not only when it crosses the dimensions but, as the use of the mass of your chakra. And Naruto was not serious about Sasuke, and in almost no time he retaliated, only and not maximum defended himself.

While I agree his stamina isn't as good as naruto's, saying he doesn't have half his stamina is a bit of downplay, he can produce portals to other dimensions, the same kind of technique that caused a strain to Kaguya and drained her chakra pretty darn fast. Give him more credit.
I never said anything about Genjutsu bc its obvious it won't work, CT on the other hand can easily work on a drained of chakra naruto and Sasuke can manage to drain him.
Amaterasu is for the clones, they have conparable if not even AP, one attack and they go poof.
My previous point stands, Sasuke takes out the clones via absorbing, ST, summons, black recivers, etc.
The real naruto gets stuck on a CQC fight and where Sasuke has the upper hand, they go full mecha and sasuke absorbs everything again gaining the op susanoo and one shoting naruto.

2000 is based off clones, and that's being conservative and assuming each clone won't throw more of these by creating chakra arms, so lets come around and say 8000 per clones with 3 chakra arms.
Producing portals doesn't mean anything, it can easily be said that Sasuke uses the least possible amount of chakra while making these portals. That's one argument in Sasuke's favour vs a lot in Naruto FAR outweighing Sasuke as far as stamina is concerned. The fact that Naruto can make waves after waves after waves of Shadow Clones which share chakra equally (and by the time he fought Sasuke, I'd estimate he easily made 3 or 5K clones) without tiring for a long, long time whilst Sasuke ran out of stamina in barely a few hours whilst not even coming close to expending as much chakra as Naruto did proves Naruto can EASILY overload him.

Clones get countered by a Six Paths enhanced Chidori Eiso, seeing as those same clones were squishy enough to start popping out once Kaguya switched to the Gravity Dimension.
I don't see how Sasuke vs multiple Naruto and Susanoo vs multiple Kurama clones are any different. Their still inherently the same, only on a much larger scale.
Naruto doesnt' have the luxury of going into Asura avatar here. Considering the only thing that ever allowed Naruto to achieve that state anyway was because Sauce smacked that one Kurama avatar to the ground, Kurama took advantage of that avatar's position to gather Natural Energy. Sasuke won't make that same mistake here. He'd do anything to prevent Naruto from ever Accessing to the Natural Energy.
It's a tough fight for Naruto. But it could honestly go either way,

Asura avatar isn't an instantaneous power-up. Kurama has to temporarily separate from Naruto to gather Natural Energy somewhere far away from the fight. And Naruto has to give Kurama some prep time.Hst master said:
