How many Gigatons does the AP of both of them scale to? If there is not a huge AP difference, I think Hiruzen can win with experience and LS.

Hiruzen- 4.3Gigatons
Rill- 24.4 Gigatons

With that said, this seems like it would be more of a hax fight than an AP one..

Normally he counters the "spell" of his opponents with his painting before attacking in almost all of his fights or he seals his opponent if he wants to end the fight instantly if the plot demands that (Gueldre for example)

In the Elf key, he starts painting a lot of monsters to fight but I guess this is Rill, not Lira and that is 6-C key and not high 6-A where he can't die with Valhalla
