The Boruto Movie was written by both Kodachi & Kishimoto. Kodachi turned the Boruto Movie into a novel. Ergo, the novel is canon, because it was written by a primary source.

• Momoshiki is objectively weaker than Kaguya, as Momoshiki's goal was to attain the same power Kaguya had by recreating the God Fruit and eating it. Also Momoshiki lack's a rinne-sharingan & his own chakra

• In the Boruto Movie, it's clear that both Naruto and Sasuke did not use their full power against Momoshiki, as they did not use Chibaku Tensei, Three Headed Kurama, etc.
• From the Boruto Novel "Shockingly, the power inside him that he'd absorbed from Kinshiki which should've been his trump card was insufficient. No, that wasn't it. He had no choice but to acknowledge it. The men in front of his eyes…were strong. If it was one on one, he would be able to keep up." Ergo Naruto & Sasuke are both roughly equal to Momoshiki

From this, we can establish a power-scale of,

Kaguya > Naruto = Sasuke >= Momoshiki

Kaguya

• In Kaguya's Ice Realm, we can see a moo, in Kaguya's core realm, we can see outer space. Ergo, Kaguya's realms have outer space. Hence, the logical explanation for sun raysin one of Kaguya realm's is a Star.

• When Naruto & Sasuke fought Kaguya is her ice realm, it was day time. When Sasuke fought Momoshiki in Kaguya's ice realm, it was night time. Ergo, Kaguya's realm's have a day-night cycle, indicative of a Star.

• Kaguya should also be stronger than Momoshiki

Kaguya should be 4-C, possibly 4-B (only with Expansive Truth Seeker Orb)

Momoshiki

• Momoshiki created the parallel dimension that they fought in "He was even draining the chakra that was beyond the parallel dimension he'd made".

• Momoshiki's parallel dimension has outer space.

• Boruto & Naruto's rasengan blow's a hole through the thick atmosphere, light and sun rays then begin pouring through the hole

• Momoshiki was going to absorb chakra from the Star of his dimension "Aa. He plans to indiscriminately eat up all of this star's chakra.". In The Last @1:39:00, Toneri started to absorb chakra from the Sun. So Momoshiki absorbing chakra from the Star of his dimension should be taken literally.

Ergo, Momoshiki's dimension has a Star

Momoshiki should be 4-C, possibly 4-B (only with dimension creation)

Some people may scream "Outlier", but this is not an "Outlier", it's natural progression of power,

• Continent Level (Madara & Toneri)

• Moon Level (Juubi)

• Planet Level (Hagoromo) -

• Star Level (Momoshiki)

• Solar System Level (Kaguya)

Note: Momoshiki and Kaguya's dimension creation could not be scaled to other characters

We are not going to count Kaguya as Solar System level. It creates way too many inconsistencies.
