Why are you acting like the profile's initial ratings are permanent lmao? If Shibai drops in 20 chapters and busts an infinite multiverse or whatever, then his rating will be adjusted accordingly. It's not like he's hard-capped by his current rating. That's no reason to not create a profile. We never gatekeep profiles because "X character may or may not be stronger in the future". And with Boruto's horrendous pacing, we could be waiting for years without any meaningful Shibai content.

I agree that creating a character profile should not be gatekeeped. However making a profile withholding valuable information to keep the character at a lower tier can be considered disingenuous ( I don't think deceive is though as his main goal is to get the profile passed). My problem is we can't just say well, we don't have enough information about the character and still create a profile. If we are going to do that, let's use all the information we have. Thus, I agree with the profile but disagree with the AP rating.

My point still stands. There is a separation between those that are satisfied with the godtier Ap and those that are not. This Arc is a big hypocrite ask him how long he has been working on 2c bleach, even right now with the rating past galaxy level he still constantly working on upgrading the verse which I have no problem with. But for some reason he wants every naruto fans to accept the current rating for the Verse and keep quiet.
