Tbh Kishimoto could also go crazy with his hax too, it's no bleach but its crazy good compared to the average verse, it might even have reached bleach heights but the issue was those hax ruins practicality, one needs to really rewrite the story with precision to fit them in and not have those haxed people overpower higher people easily

Yeah, the Itachi novels were adapted in Shippuden, and it was just such an ass adaptation lol. I didn't realize how bad it was until I read the novel.
