you are allowed to make this complaint against Oda and Kubo as they tend to rigorously sexually objectify their female characters from explicit designs to unnecessary gags to the point of being disturbing and sometimes making people uncomfortable, potentially adding to issues with people's self image as I've heard sometimes (Oda straight up begins FC anatomy with two circles

Kishi leaves out most of this stuff, he's fairly respectful to the girls of his verse, gives them good characterisation, positions of power instead of delgating them to secondary or inferior combat roles behind men, every girl in the verse isn't given massive honkers bigger than the size of onigashima like seen in the other two HST manga, they have their own agencies outside interactions with men regardless of how good you consider it to be, while Tsunade is made to be pretty and a bit fansservicy it never takes away from her being a great character,
I will probably rank oda second as despite almost every girl being nami with a different hair colour, some of them are well done, I wouldn't be too against the opinion that theyd clear naruto fc if anyone wishes to argue that.
