Speaking of which, what's the TL;DR for why Jugo's ST isn't a multiplier but Sasuke's CM2 is?
Sasuke CM2 is a set amount of chakra, while Jugo's transformation is just him absorbing Nature energy so it's not a set amount

Sarada’s design inspiration
GduLRGoWkAAAOMI

that is why i listed more than one thing, but jojo out of the immediate influences alongside dragonball are the most obvious, this is long before ikemoto's jojo interview when he explicitly name drops jojo, this became more obvious after ikemoto took over from kodachi

funny enough i believe boruto is far more influenced by JoJo and Dragonball than Naruto

also OP sneak
Nah..

1. Story and Setting - Naruto, obviously
2. Battle choreography - Dragon Ball and Naruto
3. Character design - Naruto, Real world, and Jojo
4. Power and Abilities - Naruto and Jojo (Bleach, somewhat)
5. Art - Naruto and Dragonball
6. Themes - Naruto

Nah..

1. Story and Setting - Naruto, obviously
thats not influence lol, boruto is continuation of naruto its obviously going to share the same setting, and even then the series actually does stuff thats not like naruto at all.
2. Battle choreography - Dragon Ball
its 100% dragonball, even the non battle section paneling is inspired by toriyama, Kishi's use of wide shots, multiple POVs of the same action to emphasize impact and warped perspective is absolutely not something Ikemoto is known to do, those are very much elements of the stuff that influence kishi like Hiroaki Samura's blade of the immortal and and Ketsura otimo.
3. Character design - Naruto, Real world, and Jojo
no boruto does not follow naruto's design philosophy at all, the only time it does is when its legacy characters and even ikemoto isnt afraid to add his own touch, also naruto influence is far too vague given ikemoto himself designed many of naruto's designs like Zabuza and Haku.

Ikemoto's current design philosophy is very much contemporary Korean fashion mixed with tradtional gear.
4. Power and Abilities -
the only naruto elements are those from kodachi and left overs from kishi's outline, the majority of its new abilities and approach to abilities is very different from Kishi, not sure what specific part is influenced by bleach so you would have to expand on that.
5. Art - Naruto and Dragonball
his a background artist, character designer for naruto since its debut so lol, thats not influence, and when ikemoto does do his own thing in boruto its very much not like naruto and its dragonball and kinikuman for the most part.
6. Themes - Naruto
uhhh not really, while they obviously share some dna (given boruto is a sequel series) Boruto has mostly its own unique themes that seperate it from naruto.

Naruto doesn't clear Arcane because you literally can't clear a 10/10. Best it can hope for is to match it.
Yeah but that's a separate thing. The point is that he wasn't particularly threatened prior to Madara, whether that was due to the physical threat or other reasons
I don't think there's particularly strong proof for this tbh. We were not privy to Obito's inner thoughts at any point during this entire interaction.
So, I just don't see why it has to solely be as you claim, and not a combination of many factors. You say it's a separate thing, and I think it very much isn't.
Yeah it's not like he can just slap around the Edo Akatsuki with no problem, but he was still seemingly undecided on what he'd do given that he asked about if he refused
Which is a logical question to ask lol. Again, if you separate the interaction from the VS-debating brainrot, you'll see that's it's a pretty common question asked in hostile situations/negotiations such as this throughout fiction. Hell, 9/10 it's usually asked by someone in a clearly weak position who's trying not to lose face or appear tough.
Also, keep in mind that Obito has no real reason to be, like, super pressed by the physical threat cause he can literally escape at any moment if need be.

Not saying that Obito would get clapped here or anything, don't get me wrong. I'm just saying I don't come out of these panels with the same conclusion as you (which apparently you don't either, at least not fully? So you can at least understand where I'm coming from, I hope)
I meeeeean, as far as Obito knows, Itachi is weakened (even though he's actually not), Nagato is very weakened due to his physical condition, Sasori has no puppets, and Kakuzu and Deidara are fodder to him, so Alive Itachi being on his level and him thinking he can take on the Edo Akatsuki aren't really contradictory
It's not a strict contradiction, but it doesn't really bode well for this meta IMO.

For one, Edo Tensei doesn't, like, make you a million times weaker. And even then, what makes a lot of these guys super dangerous (especially Itachi and arguably Nagato) is their abilities, not necessarily their physical strength. Add to that an immortal body and infinite stamina as well as Kabuto himself, and....yeah. Again, this isn't about who I think would come out on top in this fight. I'm not actually debating this hypothetical battle rn (but I think Obito's prolly cooked tbh). I just don't think the interaction is good enough to say "Obito thinks he can low-diff the Akatsuki", and certainly not good enough to say "Obito can low-diff the Akatsuki".
But from what I understand, that's not even what you're arguing, really, so I guess we're good lol.
Also I should clarify I don't necessarily agree or disagree with the interpretation that he's above the Edo Akatsuki, I just think it's an interesting meta that has validity to it
Personally, I don't really see it, but fair enough.
Hear that UchihaSlayer96? You're getting something from Wendy's.
Yeah, half-eaten leftovers.
SRA Kishimoto is straight up him.

My favorite arc in terms of art, 100%.

Lol at thinking Naruto could match Arcane. Get them past Digimon: The Movie or Pokémon: The First Movie and it might have a chance of rivaling the weakest Arcane parts.

Arcane is goated asf but S2 has plenty of issues

The finale is awful ( that shit should've been it's own season )

Jinx>>>>Any female character in Naruto/Boruto though
