As of now, he can’t move in stopped time; he can only perceive events during it, based on what we’ve been shown so far. Still resistance though but minimally applicable to combat.

then I disagree with the wiki simple, quite frankly all the justifications made for bleach god tiers on their profiles are straight up rubbish, if you scrutinized their stuff the same way we do for naruto they'd be at Tier 5ish
