id say this is true for certain characters but like i think this way more applicable to One Piece than either Bleach or Naruto at this point because at least with Bleach they have in canon lore sizes for certain stuff thats significantly larger than their visual rep.bleach scaling:

As of now, he can’t move in stopped time; he can only perceive events during it, based on what we’ve been shown so far. Still resistance though but minimally applicable to combat.
