I think there is a thread by Arc to upgrade the planet size , which might affect the Moon size too. You would have to wait till that is completed first.

You should know this if you're proposing it. The only reason there is a civilization on moon, is because the moon has a hollow interior iirc. So the atmosphere would be inside the hollow interior of the moon. Correct me if I'm wrong on this.

There is one thread I saw on increasing the size of konaha, which might affect this size of the planet itself. I didn’t read much into it though.
