1. CE Temari and Kankuro are entirely non threats compared to PT Gaara
2. Kakashi specifically noted that PT Gaara's chakra is what worried him after talking about the A rank mission, and made zero mention of external threats. It's not like he had particular reason to think a unit would be sent out after Naruto Sakura and Shikamaru in the middle of a forest where the main fighting wasn't happening

Genma pretty much says "yeah we were weakened but we're still jonin," as if the fatigue wasn't enough to bring them below jonin level. Genma makes a similar statement earlier, basically calling them superhuman, which would be a really weird statement to make if they're far below them normally. They do also keep up with Anbu, which adds consistency to jonin level S4.

Pretty sure it's somewhat over a month since there's the few weeks of the Search for Tsunade arc and then the moon changes from full to waning crescent in the time between the Sound 4 confronting Sasuke and him leaving.

I'm kinda doubtful of that but even if so, that'd just be because his sound is a bad matchup, as idt Gaara's sand shield can block sound, so even if he's fast enough to defend from it, it'll still affect him.

Asuma is nearly as strong as Kakashi who's stated to be qualified for Hokage, Kurenai honestly might've beaten Kisame if it weren't for Itachi's interference, and she's lowkey hyped as having nigh-3T Itachi level genjutsu (again, only taking P1 into account). Kurenai is vaguer than the others so I could see her dropping to Peak Jonin though.

Genma is able to fight Baki and Kabuto alongside Kakashi and Guy, Kabuto/Kakashi/Guy being Peak Jonin-Low Kage level, and Baki being the commander of the Sand combat unit, one of the strongest sand jonin, and superior to Hayate who's one of Konoha's best ninja, so idk still seems like Genma's mid-high jonin level. Might just be that him being a special jonin is cause his combat ability is jonin level but he lacks in some other aspect of being a jonin that we don't know of.

Oh, right, Kakashi can sense Chakra. Meaning he could tell this guy had way more Chakra in there. Almost like a Bijuu or something was there.

No it doesn't. A fatigued Jonin is still strong. That's all he meant.

1. Matsuri (Should be fast enough to dodge Kaguya's hax and has a good chance of sealing/devouring her. Might have problems with Ada tho.)
2. Kaguya (Regen and hax. Could beat Matsuri if she lands a lucky hit via ash bones or BFRs before getting blitzed and devoured)
3. Sarada (AP via chidori. Should be fast enough to keep up or blitz the characters below)
4. Ada (Possibly high enough AP wise and hax)
5. Delta (Best girl in Boruto. Lasers tf outta everyone below. Also will beat Kaguya if she leads with her lasers.)
6. Sakura (enough AP, speed, regen to wipe out everyone below at the same time except Kurotsuchi)
7. Kurotsuchi (Boxed Kinshiki)
8. Tsunade (Best girl in Naruto)
9. Kushina (Might be stronger than Tsunade idk)
10. Mei (Her head game will melt anyone away, literally)
11. Konan (added her cuz she deserves it)

Would RinneSharingan Madara run from Momoshiki and Kinshiki or decide to go down swinging? Or would he not even get the chance make that consideration?
 
After making my top 10 list, I watched the Kaguya episodes again. Does she even have that good of a regen? Her regen is a lot slower than Madara or Obito if she even has any. She did regrow her arm after her transformation but then we don't really see her regenerate after that. I don't get why Naruto didn't aim for the head when he chopped her arm off. It's pretty confusing. Why did Hags say that the only way to defeat her is to seal her if Naruto could just chop her head off?

The way I see it:
  1. Pre transformation Kaguya has no regeneration.
  2. Post transformation Kaguya can regrow limbs but we don't know how fast.
  3. Naruto not just chopping her head implies she might be able to regrow her head but this argument can be used in Boruto too since Jigen doesn't aim for the head.
Based on all of this, Kaguya might go down the list. It would be great if anyone could clarify this for me.

Now imagine that shit being enhanced by his six paths power, it would get an insane buff

Kaguya is supposed to have the greatest immortality in the verse ( so above Edo Tensei ) but that just means Naruto temporarily slowed down her regen with his power

It's that simple

Road to ninja states that the infinite tsukuyomi are physical worlds that are a one-one replica of the real world with minor changes such as the characters having different personalities and events. These worlds can be accesed via space-time ninjutsu like kamui and so on, this would make these world uni+.

So obito uses the power of 7 tailed beasts combine to create an uni+ realm via limited tsukuyomi jutsu, he becomes the ten tails jin with the 7 tailed beasts. How would his AP and Dura scale?

Makes sense tbh. Although I'm still a bit sceptical since she never showed any good regeneration on screen. And immortality can be achieved through different methods. Could to link me the scan for her having the greatest immortality? Maybe the context will make things more clear.

10. Kushina (stated above KCM Naruto, blitzed 50% Kurama who's faster than WA SM Naruto and probably KCM1 Naruto, restrained 100% Kurama)
9. Hamura chakra Hinata (refilled TL Naruto's chakra supply, idk should be vaguely Six Paths level otherwise cause of Hamura's chakra too)
8. Sakura (more chakra than a SPSM clone, reacted to and harmed IT Kaguya, refilled TL Naruto's chakra, can fight Shin who slightly scales to Naruto and Sasuke)
7. Kurotuschi (somewhat near Kinshiki, should be above Sakura as the Kage are stated to be the best ninja to fight the Otsutsuki and are called the strongest of this age)
6. Kaguya (just Kaguya. Should be around Kinshiki's level who's above the BE Kage individually)
4/5. Sarada/Delta (Sarada has better feats, but Delta has more consistent and definitive scaling)
3. Himawari (tentative position, could be a little higher or lower, as her pushing Jura to test out his true power is pretty vague)
2. Eida (stated to be superior to Jigen, although her position is a bit debatable as she supposedly doesn't specialize in combat)
1. Matsuri (pretty obvious, far above Code and pressured Boruto who's a contender for strongest in the verse atm)

That's...not how sensing chakra works. We know that Bijuu chakra only flares up when a jinchuriki releases their power, that's why Naruto is only sensed as having above Kakashi/Zabuza level chakra when he goes KM0 and not passively, or like when Neji only saw a huge amount of chakra in Naruto when he unleashed some Kurama chakra, why Sasuke only saw a bunch of chakra at VOTE1 when he released Kurama chakra, etc. Kakashi was just sensing PT Gaara's power level, not full Shukaku's.

It's arbitrary unless it's a certain level. Anyone could be fatigued to any level. If Rinnegan Sasuke was at pretty much zero chakra, he could be like genin level, so in that situation saying "I may have been fatigued but I'm still Sasuke" is a statement with no real meaning. The statement's clearly comparing the Sound 4 to jonin level.

They are generally considered the most elite ninja, so surely above chunin level on average
 
the anbu being the most elite ninja is the equivalent of Obi wan telling Luke that the blaster marks are far too accurate to be random goons, only "stormtroopers could be so precise"
