  • Itachi and Mental Amp Hiruzen are pretty interchangeable. Both are just vaguely above Orochimaru
  • Prime Kimimaro could be much higher, but all we know from P1 alone is that he was a significant help against Rasa and that he would've made the fight against Hiruzen easy, which is enough to put him in Kage tier, but it's unknown to what extent
  • Kabuto might be a LoW Kakashi rival, it's a bit vague as there are statements about him rivalling Kakashi both pre and post training
  • CM1 Kimimaro and 3T Sasuke are interchangeable
  • Depending on how you interpret a couple things, Drunk Lee and Base Kimimaro could be as low as the bottom of Peak Jonin
  • Sotoro Kiba might be below Choji and Neji if you take those statements about them being the strongest, I prefer his feats though
  • Final Valley and Gaara fight Sasuke are taking CM1 into account
  • Final Valley Naruto could be a little higher or lower
  • Neji and Base Gaara are interchangeable
  • Weighted Lee is taking the 1st Gate into account, otherwise he'd be near the top of Genin

Asuma and Kurenai should drop down to “Peak Jonin” and given it takes Sound 4 in CMS2 States to High Diff Tokubetsu Jonin at their weakest (Exhausted and Low on Chakra), everyone in the Jonin Tier needs to drop to “High Chunin”.

The lower tiers would have to be edited accordingly to the changes.

Hokage Guards or not, they are not “Jonin” Proper, and even though we don’t use Databook stats, it’s clear Kishi doesn’t see them on the Jonin level, such as Kakashi or Guy or Asuma/Kurenai (And note, that’s fresh). Fact is, they are weaker.
 
hello good evening, I'm here to ask for your opinion, if Kotoamatsukami Shisui is able to manipulate Edo tense creatures that are immune to mind manipulation, can he get an immune Nullfication rating / immune bypass?
 
imagine Ike gives us a 3-A feat in a draft/leak of an upcoming chapter but scraps it in the final "canon" version of the chapter

1. CE Temari and Kankuro are entirely non threats compared to PT Gaara
2. Kakashi specifically noted that PT Gaara's chakra is what worried him after talking about the A rank mission, and made zero mention of external threats. It's not like he had particular reason to think a unit would be sent out after Naruto Sakura and Shikamaru in the middle of a forest where the main fighting wasn't happening

Genma pretty much says "yeah we were weakened but we're still jonin," as if the fatigue wasn't enough to bring them below jonin level. Genma makes a similar statement earlier, basically calling them superhuman, which would be a really weird statement to make if they're far below them normally. They do also keep up with Anbu, which adds consistency to jonin level S4.

Pretty sure it's somewhat over a month since there's the few weeks of the Search for Tsunade arc and then the moon changes from full to waning crescent in the time between the Sound 4 confronting Sasuke and him leaving.

I'm kinda doubtful of that but even if so, that'd just be because his sound is a bad matchup, as idt Gaara's sand shield can block sound, so even if he's fast enough to defend from it, it'll still affect him.

Asuma is nearly as strong as Kakashi who's stated to be qualified for Hokage, Kurenai honestly might've beaten Kisame if it weren't for Itachi's interference, and she's lowkey hyped as having nigh-3T Itachi level genjutsu (again, only taking P1 into account). Kurenai is vaguer than the others so I could see her dropping to Peak Jonin though.

Genma is able to fight Baki and Kabuto alongside Kakashi and Guy, Kabuto/Kakashi/Guy being Peak Jonin-Low Kage level, and Baki being the commander of the Sand combat unit, one of the strongest sand jonin, and superior to Hayate who's one of Konoha's best ninja, so idk still seems like Genma's mid-high jonin level. Might just be that him being a special jonin is cause his combat ability is jonin level but he lacks in some other aspect of being a jonin that we don't know of.

Oh, right, Kakashi can sense Chakra. Meaning he could tell this guy had way more Chakra in there. Almost like a Bijuu or something was there.

No it doesn't. A fatigued Jonin is still strong. That's all he meant.

Not all Anbu are Jonin level.

1. Matsuri (Should be fast enough to dodge Kaguya's hax and has a good chance of sealing/devouring her. Might have problems with Ada tho.)
2. Kaguya (Regen and hax. Could beat Matsuri if she lands a lucky hit via ash bones or BFRs before getting blitzed and devoured)
3. Sarada (AP via chidori. Should be fast enough to keep up or blitz the characters below)
4. Ada (Possibly high enough AP wise and hax)
5. Delta (Best girl in Boruto. Lasers tf outta everyone below. Also will beat Kaguya if she leads with her lasers.)
6. Sakura (enough AP, speed, regen to wipe out everyone below at the same time except Kurotsuchi)
7. Kurotsuchi (Boxed Kinshiki)
8. Tsunade (Best girl in Naruto)
9. Kushina (Might be stronger than Tsunade idk)
10. Mei (Her head game will melt anyone away, literally)
11. Konan (added her cuz she deserves it)
