if they have to touch a TSO and don't have resistance to the Power Null, EE, and Deconstruction aspect of TSO they would just get erased.

Unfortunately the databook statement about that is acc referencing the moment where KCM2 Naruto and 5 Bijuu clashed, so at best individual Bijuu would scale to 1/10th of that

Zetsu implies the Rinnegan granting resistance to the Infinite Tsukuyomi is extremely unexpected as he's surprised that Sasuke is unaffected by it, meaning it's just a trait unique to Sasuke.

I'll give my two cents.
Chakra in its true nature is spiritual energy (mental energy).
Souls don't carry physical energy, only spiritual energy. They need to operate through a living body to manifest chakra.
Only few souls can condense spiritual energy into physical energy (hence chakra) without a physical body. Hagoromo is one of those few I believe.
Due to mastery of the ying-yang manipulation, he can manifest physical constructs directly from thought (spiritual energy) without mixing in physical energy. Meaning he can just create fire, water, rock, stone etc with just mere thought. Just like how they describe shinjutsu and Shibai.
I believe Hagoromo can directly convert his yin energy into yang energy and vice versa.
Hagoromo wanted humans to work together by linking that spiritual energy (mental energy) to achieve manifestations. That's probably because humans can't do physical manifestations using just spiritual energy on an individual level. They would need to work together to physically manifest via thought (mental energy) as mental energy is enhanced when combined. No one can be selfish because all would be in agreement for manifestation to occur.
However, humans linked their spiritual energy with their own physical energy to achieve physical manifestations but those manifestations were selfish, and strayed from his ninshuu path.
The anime did a good job of portraying this.

All rinnegan are six paths. Six Paths comes from Ten Tails chakra or fusion of Indra and Ashura chakra (which is still ten tails chakra btw).
Nagato, not being immune to TSO most likely because he didn't awaken six paths rinnegan directly, and hasn't a mastery of six paths chakra to such a point he becomes immune to TSO.
Naruto and Sasuke gained such mastery of Six Paths from Hagoromo's chakra.
Immunity to TSO is more a skill (yin-yang manipulation) than power.

When I said Six Paths Rinnegan I’m talking about a Rinnegan enhanced with Six Paths Chakra which like you said, is basically just Juubi or Hags chakra.
No Nagato straight up just doesn’t have it.
Naruto, Sasuke, Obito, and Madara gained their immunities instantly when they got SP chakra.
Madara also proclaims to have only gotten Six Paths powers after absorbing the Juubi despite having already awakened his own rinnegan.
It’s really not, the databook says that just having SPSM makes you immune, nothing about skill. I don’t think anything in the manga makes it out to be anything but a passive product of SPC either.

Chakra is Physical Energy and Mental(Spiritual) Energy transmuted into Energy
The Physical part typically comes from the energy of physical cells but can also be associated with Vitality or Life.
The Mental Part is often called the Spiritual half of chakra as well because it’s comprised of the consciousness and mental stamina along with heavy ties to a persons soul.
Because creatures like the Bijuu or beings like Hagaromo or Ghost Obito have consciousness and a life force via their soul as that’s what Chakra Ghosts are, so they end up accounting for all the fundamentals required to mold chakra even without needing a physical body.

Six Paths chakra has been a thing even before Juubi.
Obito when he was about to kill Konan alluded to himself (Madara, actually) having the power of six paths when he combined Hashirama's chakra with his.
Hagoromo, when talking to Naruto, stated Madara awakened the rinnegan which is a derivation of his (Hagoromo's) own chakra's power. That chakra Hagoromo referred to was Six Paths chakra. There's no way Madara would have activated rinnegan without Six Paths chakra.
Madara proclaimed "So this is the Power of the Six Paths" when he became Juubi Jinchuriki because he activated another level of six paths power. One that grants him the Six Paths Senjutsu. He had always had the Six Paths chakra in the form of rinnegan before that.

For one Obito isn’t a credible source on what Six Paths power is since he’s parroting Madara who learned everything he knows from the half true Uchiha Stone Tablets
Also, It’s a common thing in manga for the word “power” to be used in the context of abilities and/or raw power.
Izanagi is an ability of the Mangekyo Sharingan, an ability passed down from Indura, that was a derivative of Hagaromos own Dojutsu.
If we go by that logic “Powers” from the Six Paths have existed since the introduction of the Sharingan and Byakugan.
His Chakra’s “Power/ability” is not the same as the literal power of his chakra.
Again “power” is often supplemented with abilities in manga.
The Rinnegan is a product of mimicking Hagaromos power via the mixing of Asura and Induras power
Six Paths Chakra is specifically Juubi Power, which is why Hagaromo can give it out because he was the Juubi Jinchuuriki, just like how Obito could let Kakashi use it after his experience as the Juubi Jin.
He’s not referring to literal chakra, like I said above he’s referring to an ability granted by his chakra, the rinnegan.
Something Madara gained by mimicking Hagaromos chakra with his and Hashirama’s chakra.
there’s nothing in the story that states or implies this.
“So this is the Power of the Six Paths” is not something someone would say if they were just getting a boosted version of something they already had.
It’s something someone’s would say if they’re experiencing something for the first time.
We also know that Madara pointed out that Naruto has Six Paths Senjutsu and Sasuke gained a Rinnegan but boasted how he has both (which at the very least means in Madara’s mind having a Rinnegan doesn’t automatically give you Six Paths Chakra which he would know from personal experience since he awakened his Rinnegan.)
