Some form of this rule was present ever since the discussion rules page existed on the front page at https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/VS_Battles_Wiki?diff=225240&oldid=225216, but the rule fully started existing at https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Discussion_Rules?diff=767811&oldid=757258 and underwent further revisions at https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Discussion_Rules?diff=4785214&oldid=4725433. As https://vsbattles.com/threads/etso-reio35-edition.143215/ debunked the ETSB being Tier 4 altogether, this rule is now vacuous and should be removed.
This rule was first implemented at https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Discussion_Rules?diff=638310&oldid=619538 and underwent tweaks at https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Discussion_Rules?diff=2510155&oldid=2510144 based on https://vsbattles.com/threads/articles-clean-up-reports.91578/post-526465. If it's about it being chakra and people saying chakra = spiritual + physical then yikes maybe cause I got a translation of chakra from the databook that explains how it's made and it says physical + mental = chakra. But I'm getting it checked cause I like double checking stuff.
