You do realize that it's not Kinshiki doing that? It's not Deconstruction at all, it's just the scroll crumbling away with implication that Sasuke charred the scroll after he finished his investigation in that location.

You know who is also actively searching information about the Otsutsuki, and traveling to Kaguya's different dimensions? Sasuke, who's implied to have destroyed Kaguya's scrolls in the lava dimension, sometime before even Kin and Momo arrived in the Lava dimension.

Konan is not that high, even if you use the games she defeated a much weaker Sasori than Shippuden Sasori who didn't even use Iron Sand or his 100 Puppets who are stronger, other than that she's featless without prep, and she got oneshot by Jiraiya. Should be below Kakuzu.
To be honest those fights' canonicity in Revolutions is very, very dubious. Orochimaru was not in the Akatsuki at the same time as Deidara or Hidan yet he was in Revolutions. Hidan was actually a very new member in Shippuden let alone 10 years prior when Orochimaru left.
This whole thing is non-canon.

No he can, Jiraiya literally tells him "not to use that jutsu", the jutsu he's referring to is when Naruto taps into the Nine-Tails power. He can remain conscious until the 4th tail where he loses control. Yamato even says afterwards that he purposefully did that, and he liked the rush of it too.

Yeah he doesn't transform himself, he lets Kurama transform him, but that doesn't really change anything
