I get that he no longer has Hagoromo's Six Paths Chakra because Sasuke's Susano'o arrow didn't hurt Naruto's Godou Dama at all (Godoudama nullify ability). Sasuke had already used it if he still had remaining chakra because he used everything he had to try to kill Naruto

He got hit by a combined attack of 1-8 tail + BSM Naruto with each of their tails, he caught Sasuke's sword like that because he had Hashirama's regeneration. And what was scaled is the Attack Potency, bringing up durability won't be relevant.
