Eh there are arguments for it. She outsped Obito's teleportation which is close to his own speed as MKCM Naruto matched 3T WM Obito and MS Obito teleported away from his chakra arm, and she injured him pretty badly.

Yeah the Generations cut scene is a huge bump for Konan. I’m fine with her being that high tbh(Definitely not just saying this to avoid being on Shadow’s hit list)
