We have next to no idea on what type of current physiology Shibai has, we only know that he casted away his physical body after transcending into a higher dimension, which would only be Incorporeality without further context.

Yeah, Daemon’s ability is starting to get contradictory. We have to make assumptions to justify it.
We know he has to be touching someone with his hands to activate it. We know that he can beat the shit out of people but his ability isn’t transferred to whoever he is hitting. We also know that the person he is touching isn’t immune from the ability if they target him still as shown when Code tried to attack him while he was on his back and his attack started getting reflected. So I guess its optional for Daemon to transfer his abilities onto another.
Honestly, this entire hand nerf thing makes the ability almost pointless. Like, maybe if Daemon could hold his hands together himself or create clones that hold hands to trigger the ability, then yeah, otherwise, he’s just a big stick.

I think Ninjustu and hand signs were created later by Indra or Ashura. Didn't Hagaromo and Hamura do not need hand signs in order to create a Jutsu to defeated their mother, Kaguya in Anime or Manga. Look at Sasuke create a chidori incoming out of his hand in 50 times through the series or End of War Naruto create a Rasengan without a clones. I guess Shiba who created it Shinjutsu.
