Yeah lol but tbh I feel like this is an interesting argument to get the Itachi Pursuit team above Base Jiraiya/Armless Orochimaru since Jiraiya admitted that it took him a huge effort just to make Itachi retreat and they should've known that Itachi was superior to Armless Orochimaru given that Sasuke outright states it (you could also infer it from Jiraiya saying Naruto's gonna face opponents greater than Oro, when the only Akatsuki members he's seen are Itachi and Kisame).They were gonna be in for a rude awakening, I can tell you that much. Perhaps. It is a pretty formidable squad to be fair, they have a lot of fearsome abilities on their side. Kakashi's Sharingan and tactical prowess with insane finishers like Raikiri and Kamui, Hinata's Byakugan and Gentle Fist, Yamato's Wood Release with its suppression abilities, Sakura's borderline Tsunade tier Medical Ninjutsu, Shino's straight up nasty asf kit, Naruto's clones and raw output with his Rasengan variants, and.... Uhhh, Kiba ig
But nah, in all seriousness, pretty scary prospect facing off against such a complete unit. Especially with a genius like Kakashi at the helm. I could see them potentially bringing down a Kage level opponent they wouldn't stand a chance against individually.

Realistically though, EMS Madara loses to Minato sans Susanoo Variants, right? And if that “is” the case (I retain the right to be wrong), what variant is too much for Minato? All things considered.

In an actual fight, Madara probably doesn't need the Susanoo, but in terms of Minato's AP vs the Susanoo's durability, I could see him busting through a Ribcage Susanoo with a Rasengan or using Food Cart Destroyer, maybe the Skeletal/Humanoid Susanoo if you're generous.
