If someone is far above someone else overall, I don't think it's far fetched to scale them far above in one of, if not the most fundamental stat
you can be holistically above someone without every stat being a qualifier to be above them
Clashed w Boruto
boruto reacted to him while being mostly stationary, had his attack reacted to by Konohamaru who should be below the likes of Code, given Code was considered this insane standard prior to Boruto showing up.

Hidari also barely moves out of the way of a inferior Kawaki

not saying Hidari cant be faster but theres nothing to suggest a massive gap in speed.

It's outright stated that Hidari is out of Code's league holistically
I don't really think this statement means that each individual Shinju is >>> Code in stats, given that it's talking about them as a group. Eida didn't really single Hidari out here. (Obviously Jura is an exception, but we didn't know that at the time)

And really, when you look at the showings, I believe this notion is well supported. Boruto thought Code could be good back-up for him against them, which wouldn't make a whole lot of sense if he was significantly slower than them.

Add to that the fact that Code literally reacted to Hidari himself, and wasn't really shown to be all that inferior to Boruto (who's relative to Hidari) even in base without his Karma, and I just don't see how someone like Hidari is significantly above Code in speed. It's an arbitrary assumption as you don't even need to be faster than someone to be superior to them, let alone be much faster. You could argue he's like >~ Code, but I don't see >> being a thing. At worst, he should be up there with his Karma.

I don't understand why you were surprised when I said Pain Arc>DBZ. DBZ seems so boring to me that I started 2 years ago and still haven't finished it. I'm currently in Buu Saga and I still think it's a mid or below mid series.

Note: I didn't watch Naruto or Dragon Ball when I was a kid. I don't have any childhood love for either series.
Not liking the Buu Saga is an early sign of a nearly incurable condition.

Code in that panel like "Yeah, they'll kill me to, but hey, I'm not gonna be the one to die first! Who's the fraud now!!!" ~ Code as he runs away.
