So its come to my attention that apparently Base Teen Naruto is only 8-A despite giving Pain significant trouble in their fight? If this is true, why isnt he 7-C, likely 7-B?

The Rasenshuriken isnt 7-C, likely 7-B though, at least not on the profile

Besides Pain will probably have lower physical stats. And Base Naruto doesn't scale to Shinra Tensei Pain since he stomped Base Naruto with that technique.

It can't be from sealing Kurama, because Mito did that
His Gate of The Great God acts more as a restraining technique than sealing.
And his Four Red Yang Formation is more a barrier than a sealing.
So where does he get sealing from?

It's a Fuin Jutsu regardless of how it works. There are many "Sealing" Jutsu that acts similar. Either way, it doesn't change the feat.Hst master said:

The only reason he's 7-C was because of the Daytime Tiger. Because Gwyn didn't had good method for the Calc and just went off with the reason that DT was 7-C+ due to the statement of Guy saying that it was in a whole another level. Also there was another Morning Pecock feat which was 7-C

huh, Gyuuki was under the crater and was bathe in lava but similar to KCM naruto it was just minor burns. Six tails and Four tails get away with these feats due to their natures. Acidistic properties and Lava

That still does not make it applicable to sealing living beings themselves.
All that means is that he is able to store items for later use like most scroll users in Naruto.
