The main thing people who Scale Naruto tend to use is the databooks..
Which for one is definitely not written by Kishimoto, in Naruto: The Official Character Data Book, in the last few pages Kishimoto thanks the people who created the book.. The reason Kishimoto is even considered a writer is because retailers credit Kishimoto because it is his property, it is his IP, and you have to credit the IP creator. If you look at the actual book, it does not give Kishimoto a writer's credit.
The book also fails to meet context with the actual manga and tends to exaggerate characters abilities and profiles, the databooks themselves should be taken with a grain of salt, they shouldn't even be considered. They shouldn't be considered whatsoever, it's non-canon and using the actual manga story is a better source for information, instead of adding things that were never seen or addressed in the manga..(Eg. Haku LS, Naruto Planet Level, Darui LS)
