Well, Itachi wasn’t spewing ghost juice when his soul flew up returned to the pure land, so I’m pretty sure there’s no ectoplasm.

I think that idea comes from the damage Naruto did to the water tank, from the impact location the damage was really low, however the real damae was seen from the back, suggesting that it did damage internally bursting out of the back of the target. Thats where I think it could make sense anyway, I am mostly neutral on that.

Wouldn't it be also possible that the energy in the Rasengan simply burst through the water tank because it was anchored to the floor and provided enough resistance so as not to be blown away?
Whereas Kabuto got blown away by the energy contained in the Rasengan because he wasn't anchored to the ground and didn't provide any resistance.

thats possible but I doubt that the anchoring was more powerful than the energy required to blow a large hole in it... then again it is fiction.

The energy released by the Rasengan that hit Kabuto was also able to dig a trench and break a portion from a large piece of rock.

Question? Wouldn't other Shinobi also get the Dimensional Storage thing because of Storage Scrolls / Storage Seals on their person? Or would those count as summoning equipment (Shuriken, Kunai, etc.)?
