Let's face it though. This is a mismatch in Tien's Favor. Nagato can't win. So don't try to equalize something just to make it fair for Nagato.

Rinnengan has superior techniques then Tien since multi form splits his power in quarters and kikoho drains his life force using it
Also no offense too the guys who made the human z fighter profiles but how are they subrelastic in speed or claim they can destroy planets without power scaling

You have to realize that neither character knows the other's techniques knowing Nagato he would start the fight by sending in a disposable body to probe tien after seeing what he is capable he would send in the human path to get in close faining trying to go in hand to hand when he does this the path will attempt to pull out tien's soul with this he would not know what is happening untill it's too late which would make the chances of killing him increase even more and if that fails then there is still Nagato's stealth skills as a ninja which would catch Tien off guard meaning that his durability would be useless to any suprise attacks with this you can see the many opportunities that Nagato has to win so it would be a good fight.

I would say Tien would take this, mostly since he could render Nagato's Rinnegan useless with his solar flare and proceed to beat him down while he's blind.
