This shouldn't count as an incocnlusive match: becuase Burn's power is incocnsistent troughtout the series, the match should't be added. It's not a good excuse. It's like making match between two characters, that one is 7-B, and the other is Unknown, and it's an AP battle.

We should just wait for a CTR

Dark stated that Burns will get Varies tier from 10-C to some unknown tier.That's mean he will get tier similar with this page which we can make him fight against both 10-C and 9-B characters.

Yes Burns will get a stronger tier with CRT. But at last, he still has 10-C keys even after CRT. So his future tier is irrelevant since we use his 10-C, his weakest key in this fight.

Then there's still no reason of why the match should be inconclusive: if both are 10-C, she has better feats than him, like someone sytated above, while everyone is voting inconclusive simply because we don't know Burns' exact strnght because of his inconcistencies.

Erm... And why are you assume that everyone vote for inconclusive because of Burns' inconcistencies?

The first one who vote inconclusive is Calaca Vs, which he chose this because both look really weak and it depends on who lands a breeze first. Which make him can't choose and vote for inconclusive. Everyone after that just vote inconclusive base on him.

And his vote is irrelavant with Burns' inconcistencies since he cast his vote before Matt show about Burns' feats.
