I assume this is for thread manipulation? I guess it would fall under "Improbable Weapon Proficiency" since we don't know if she creates the thread herself or just has it on her already.
I agree although I don't know if it's literally thread manipulation and not just her using her weapon.
I have never once heard of Improbable Weapon Proficiency a day in my life. Also, she doesn't create the thread, but it gives her mind manipulation and telepathy (it's on the profile)

Yeah, self evident crt's like this just needs one staff eva as per rules. So it's fine.

This serves to ensure that all content additions, even those suggested by staff members, are subject to supervision and oversight.
