Let's see, Carol being a smaller target who can fly around and the fact that she's smarter than Godzilla could make it a bit difficult for him to fight her. Energy absorption could also be a problem, though MCU Captain Marvel's absorption isn't as potent as the comics, so while I don't doubt she would have issue absorbing radiation, she hasn't shown it.
What are the attack potencies of both (Carol is limited to just Large Country Level, she not allowed to get up to her peak in the fight, right?) and Godzilla is at what exactly. It says he's twice as strong as before, so that would take the 7.66 terraton feat and put it at 15.22, and then his overall energy output in 20x, thus 153.2? (Unless I'm missing something.)

Carol seems to scale to the Casket of Ancient Winters being able to cause a global ice age (563.86 Teratons), plus she has a bit of scaling chain since she overpowered and tanked a headbutt from Thanos.

He's also fighting an opponent 70.51 times smaller than him and can fly around the battle field, additionally she is smarter and can absorb energy. Godzilla has a one-shot move, but it charges up and its not impossible to dodge.
